The Sirio 827 is a 5/8 wave ground plane base station antenna covering 26-28 Mhz, which makes it suitable both for CB use and for amateur operating on the 10m (28Mhz) band. It handles up to 1000 Watts (CW) continuous and is built from aluminium, steel, copper and nylon, so it stands up to long periods outdoors. At roughly 6700mm long it needs a clear site and a mast of 35-39mm.
